As one of the largest organic table grape growers in the United States, Sunview will also provide an array of organic grapes, ensuring consistent availability and exceptional quality from July through December.
According to a report from The Produce News, there is substantial consumer anticipation for Sunview’s grapes. Wetzel noted that the company has received numerous messages from eager consumers awaiting the arrival of Sunview grapes in local stores, highlighting the brand’s strong market presence and consumer trust.
Sunview’s preparation for the 2024 season has been meticulous. Over the past winter, the company engaged extensively with customers worldwide, planning and projecting for the shipping season. Wetzel emphasized the favorable weather conditions this year, which have contributed to the exceptional quality in Sunview’s vineyards. He expressed confidence in starting the season on a strong note and maintaining momentum throughout the year.
The company continues to see significant interest from both retailers and consumers in its proprietary brand grapes. Mid-season varieties such as Gem, Sweet Bella, Sorella Bella, Sweet Carnival, and Carnival Fruit Punch are exclusive to Sunview and are expected to draw substantial demand.
Wetzel remarked on the resilience shown by California grape growers in the previous season, overcoming unusual weather events and a hurricane, and still managing to exceed quality expectations. He anticipates that this year’s crop will meet and surpass the high standards set by previous harvests.
Sunview’s commitment to quality and reliability remains a cornerstone of its operations. Wetzel assured that the grapes from California will deliver exceptional quality that both buyers and consumers can rely on.
