Taylor Farms Unveils Five New Salad Kits for Fall

New salad kits bring innovative, restaurant-inspired flavors to homes nationwide, catering to growing consumer demand for quick, healthy meal options.

Taylor Farms, a leader in North America’s fresh food industry, is set to introduce five new salad kit flavors just in time for the fall season. This move aims to expand the company’s presence in the growing salad category by offering consumers new and exciting flavor combinations that blend convenience with culinary adventure. These kits promise to enhance mealtime options, catering to a range of preferences from casual snacking to full meal plans.

As reported by Produce BlueBook, Taylor Farms’ latest creations come at a time when nearly half of meal preparers, 48% according to Circana, are seeking fresh ideas for dinner. This need for inspiration is precisely what the company hopes to address with its new salad kits. Perfect for autumn gatherings, healthy snacking, or daily meals, these kits are designed to be versatile and accessible, making them an ideal option for any occasion.

Charis Neves, Director of Innovation and Product for Taylor Farms, emphasized the company’s focus on offering both convenience and innovation. “These new and innovative offerings that we added to our line-up reflect our commitment to delivering restaurant-inspired recipes with maximum convenience,” Neves stated. By incorporating bold, trendy flavors, Taylor Farms hopes to attract new customers while also providing its existing fan base with more variety and flavorful options.

The new kits added to the Taylor Farms chopped salad and mini kit collections include the following:

  • Pizza Ranch Chopped Kit: This kit features a creamy pizzeria-style ranch dressing served over romaine, carrots, and red cabbage, with cauliflower, mozzarella parmesan pizza crusts, and parmesan cheese.
  • Maple Bourbon Mini Chopped Kit: A portable favorite, this salad combines Taylor Farms’ signature maple bourbon vinaigrette with diced almonds on a bed of chopped vegetables.
  • Sweet Kale Mini Chopped Kit: A snack-sized version of the brand’s top-selling chopped salad, this kit includes vegetables, pepitas, cranberries, and poppyseed dressing.

Additionally, Taylor Farms is launching two entirely new salad kits:

  • Honey Balsamic Salad Kit: This option includes flaky salted croissant croutons, feta cheese, and a honey balsamic vinaigrette, served over a mix of baby greens, carrots, and spinach.
  • Everyday Ranch Salad Kit: Joining the Everyday Caesar and Everyday Italian kits already on the market, this salad features parmesan and cheddar croutons with homestyle ranch dressing over a base of iceberg, romaine, red cabbage, and carrots.

These new products will be available nationwide in the fall, offering consumers a range of fresh, flavorful, and easy-to-prepare meals.

Taylor Farms, headquartered in Salinas, California, often referred to as “The Salad Bowl of the World,” is known for its dedication to quality, innovation, sustainability, and food safety. The company, which has facilities across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, remains family-owned and continues to lead the fresh food sector in North America.
